Do I have to replace the software I already use?

No. RÜM connects with Revit, Excel and your IFC model. It adds a layer that links design, field and management — it does not replace your workflow.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You create your RÜM Core space for free and run your operational assessment without paying or installing anything.

Who owns my project data?

Yours. We work on IFC (openBIM), so your data is portable and traceable. You can export it and take it with you anytime.

How long until it is up and running?

You start with one jobsite this week. The operations panel comes online first; then you connect more jobsites in parallel.

Does it work if my team is not BIM-expert?

Yes. Ü, the operational AI, reads your operation in plain language and guides you. You do not need a large BIM team to get value.
